Key accountabilities:
- Prepare and maintaining records of all purchasing orders
- Communicating with Suppliers, build relationships with them and manage their performance
- Monitor and follow-up on open/unconfirmed Purchase Orders
- Provide support to Procurement Manager and perform duties such as preventing production delays, reducing costs, taking orders, estimating arrival time, writing reports, and scheduling purchases
- Determine the purchasing needs of the organization
- Monitor stock levels
- Manage and control purchasing lists for all administrative and operational areas
- Solutioned invoicing problems in a timely manner
Required skills/experience:
- Educated to Bachelors degree level or equivalent in a relevant business discipline
- Ability to work in Gold program
- Deep understanding and professional experience with Purchasing Contracts
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Advanced skills with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Excellent negotiation, customer service and consulting skills
- Strong market knowledge and experience in working across various functions, businesses and regions
- Good language skills in Azerbaijani,English & Russian (both written and oral)
- Minimum 3 years experience.
