The company is looking for potential candidates for Order management specialist. Basic tasks of Order management specialist are indicated below:

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Analyzing customers orders
• Categorization of products
• Entering orders into the ERP software of company
• Managing and tracking the pricing process
• Communicate with both procurement and sales department in order to have smooth pricing process
• To translate inquires to English
• To follow up replies and questions that are entered to ERP software by procurement or sales professionals

Requirements to candidate:

• Attentive and detail oriented
• Good at time management
• Easy leaner – there are different item names and categories, you should be able to differentiate them themselves and categories
• Language skills: Azerbaijani, Russian, English
• Candidates must be between the age of 21-25 years

Terms:

• 6-days work week with part day Saturday.
