Responsibilities
- To receive and divert incoming calls
- To carry out the registration of company’s all incoming and outgoing documents and parcels
- Registration of sent letters and storing copies at storages
- Meet and deal with guest
- To work with courier companies
Requirements
- Bachelor degree
- Minimum a year work experience in related areas
- High degree of multi-tasking and time management capability
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular)
- English (intermediate level)
- Azerbaijani (fluent)
