Requirement:
- Previous work experience in similar role or administrative support
- Ability to represent company and to handle professionally employees’ and visitors’ requests
- University diploma in any discipline, preferably in languages
- Upper Intermediate or higher level of English
- Advanced user of Microsoft Office programs.
- Shall demonstrate ability of working under time pressure
- Good understanding of business ethics
Job Responsibilities include:
- To answer incoming calls and handle incoming correspondence
- To administer company security program
- To welcome guests and provide initial HSE inductions
- To help with office tasks as copying, filing, translating, ordering and etc.
- To handle international correspondence.
Work condition:
- Normal working week: Mon- Fri (from 09:00 till 18:00)
- Job place is company base at Salyan highway. Shuttle bus service is available.
