Responsibilities:
- Coordinate all Administrative tasks for the office
- Assisting and providing support to Country Manager
- Man the reception, receive and assist guests
- Answer phone calls, take/distribute messages accordingly
- Organize documents dispatch via courier or post office, and update dispatch log
- Distribute, mails/documents received via courier and update incoming documentation log
- Assisting and providing necessary support to other departments (HR, Accounting, Business Development & Sales, Operations departments)
- Participate in online/offline business meeting
- Ensure compliance of all administrative procedures and systems with requirement of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & ISO 45001
- Organize hotel and travel bookings, and provide summary report
- Prepare documents required for entry visa application for various countries
- Tourist visa application through travel agency
- Inventory/replenish of office supplies
- Organize vehicle management
- Prepare POA, letters and other requested documentation
- Maintain and update admin files
- Other job related to Admin Dept.
Requirements include:
- Education – Bachelor (completed)
- Employment Status – unemployed
- Languages – Azerbaijan (fluent), English (professional proficiency), Russian (professional proficiency)
- Living Location – Baku City limits
- Salary (net) – AZN 500.00
- Working Days – Monday to Friday
- Working Hours – 09:00 to 18:00
