- Prepare, edit, and format company documents.
- Ensure the circulation and archiving of documents.
- Manage the circulation of internal and external letters and documents.
- Organize meetings and events, and manage meeting rooms.
- Organize and coordinate company events.
- Arrange conference calls and events.
- Oversee the maintenance of a neat and clean office environment.
- Provide support to management in various projects.
- Improve coordination among employees and organize teamwork.
- Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Complete other tasks assigned by management in a timely and high-quality manner.
Tələblər
Professional Knowledge:
· Fluent in Azerbaijani and Russian, both written and spoken; English is a plus.
· Excellent knowledge of MS Office programs.
Education:
· Higher Education
