Workplace: Nargiz Mall Head Office

Work schedule: 5-days 40 hours a week

Reports to: Senior Merchandiser

Core functional activities:

• Assist senior merchandiser in everyday product merchandising activities.
• Maintain and update various assortment sheets and brand metrics.
• Prepare and maintain various sales reports on weekly basis.
• Prepare and update spreadsheet for purchase team.
• Prepare weekly sales reports and distribute it in organization.
• Process and monitor invoices and shipments accurately.
• Maintain accurate stock, export and shipping related documents.
• Manage merchandising calendar to meet deadlines.
• Assist in developing merchandising ideas for business growth based on industry trends, market analysis and competitor markets.

Daily and Monthly Responsibilities:

• Achieve the Top line and Bottom line for the Business unit – Net Profits & Business Plan, % Margin, Cash Margin and Terminal stock targets. Strategize to maximize profits for each store by increasing the Sales/Gross Margins or Highlighting the overhead cost like oversized store and other factors;
• Oversee the Dept./category planning for the Brand. Ensure that the range selected meet market demands. Make regular visits to Brand partners to discuss OTB’s/Seasonal buys. Also make sure that Intake plan is set as per the agreed OTB’s.
• Perform any other duties as requested.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree;
• Minimum of 0-1 years’ experience as a merchandiser;
• Problem-solving and analytical skills;
• High degree of professional ethics and integrity;
• Full comprehension of the influences of the external environment of a corporation;
• Outstanding communication skills;
• At least İntermediate English and Russian language skills.
• Very good Excel skills
