RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform preventative and predictive maintenance on equipment.
- Check in and check-out of all equipment.
- Troubleshoot and repair equipment.
- Maintain safety in the yard and workshop.
- Clean, organize and maintain working area.
- Maintain and secure work tools, vehicles and equipments.
- Prepare recommended and repair part list.
- Complete daily maintenance and repair logs on time.
- Minimize expense time and maximize productivity on all jobs.
- Required to have a toolbox with standard tools needed in the performance of duties. Specialty tools to be decided by the related Supervisor.
- Attend schools and trainings as required.
- Always maintain a professional attitude in the workplace and customer field.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Engineering (preferably Electrical or Mechanical) degree from an accredited university; or College; or at least 2 years of relevant work experience.
- Knowledge of construction and power generating equipment, marine and commercial engines.
- Theories and applications of electrical and electronic systems.
- Capable of reading and understanding any kind of electric and mechanic, hydraulic schematics.
- Can perform basic troubleshooting steps for electrical, mechanical and hydraulic problems.
- Positive “can do” attitude with a passion for customer service.
- Collaborative worker and teambuilding ability.
- Confident, assertive self-starter who is extremely organized and goal driven.
- Fluency in written and oral Azerbaijani and English. Proficiency in Turkish and Russian is preferred.
- Computer skills-user level (MS Office usage).
- Valid Class B driver’s license required.
- Ability to travel on occasion.
