Description
What are expected from the candidate:
- Manage organic and paid social media for all Saffron Group brands, including content creation, copywriting;
- Organize photoshoots based on upcoming promotions;
- Prepare paid social budget and social responding per brand;
- Prepare accurate reports on our marketing campaigns overall performance;
- Oversee and manage all contests, giveaways, and other digital projects;
- Oversee all aspects of Saffron Group marketing department including our marketing database, email, and display advertising campaigns;
- Write and disseminate marketing communications to restaurants;
- Identify the latest trends and technologies affecting hospitality/restaurant industry;
- Work closely with the team to brainstorm new and innovative marketing strategies;
- Evaluate important metrics that affect our website traffic, service quotas, and target audience;
- Oversee the day-to-day maintenance and administration of all company websites;
- Assist marketing team as needed.
Requirements
- What qualifications the candidate need to possess:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in similar role; Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Proven experience developing marketing plans and campaigns;
- Proficiency with online marketing and social media strategy;
- Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills;
- Highly creative with excellent analytical abilities;
- Azerbaijani, English and Russian languages are mandatory.
