Marketing Specialist

Brief:

ATB are looking for the Marketing Specialist, who will be responsible for developing, execute, and monitor marketing programs across a variety of channels. Also, this work includes researching the market, analyzing trends to help improve the organization’s marketing strategy, and providing advice as to how to best reach the target audience.

• Implement, and track marketing programs such as email, social media, or digital campaigns, offline campaigns and events
• Collaborate with other internal teams (e.g. product and sales) to develop and monitor strategic marketing initiatives
• Analyze and report on the performance and efficiency of campaigns
• Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new marketing opportunities
• Develop and create marketing materials, such as sales and product collateral, and ensure brand guidelines are met
• Collaborate with the design team on marketing projects.
• Work with external agencies and vendors to execute marketing programs

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree and 1-3 years of work experience preferably in Marketing.
• Must be proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) required.
• Excellent English, Azerbaijani and Russian verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Dependable, great attitude, highly motivated and a team player.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multi-task and meet multiple deadlines.
• Ability to work in a changing environment and travel abroad.
