We are currently looking for a creative and analytical Marketing & Digital Content Specialist to join our team.

Job description

While located in Baku, the Content Marketing Specialist will support the sales and marketing activities by managing and executing the content calendar. The successful candidate will be hands on, creative and innovative, and has experience and a real passion for creating content that builds awareness, attracts interest and generates leads.

In this role you’ll examine our customers’ research & purchasing habits, assess the existing catalog of information on the web around our products, and combine that knowledge to create content that’s more unique and more helpful than anything out there currently.

Major duties:

• Oversees and assists with digital content marketing efforts by planning, creating, scheduling, editing and publishing content for company pages including but not limited to LinkedIn/YouTube;
• Updates all web related content regularly through the content management system;
• Create and maintain files for all creative assets and resources;
• Capture and edit videos and photos for our product intros, tutorials (how-tos), product launches and social media campaigns;
• Post videos and event announcements to LinkedIn/YouTube. Create versions of each media file to be able to post on social channels;
• Promote content on social networks and monitor engagement, engage with our community & reply to LinkedIn/YouTube comments in consultation with the team;
• Assists the executive leadership in all aspects of content marketing and B2B communications;
• Assists with event planning or community outreach efforts on an as needed basis.

Qualifications and skillset

• Minimum 2 years of work experience
• Advanced level of English and Russian
• Proficient in MS Word and Power Point
• Video editor and graphic design experience is a plus and will be highly preferred
• Understand the importance of content marketing and have a passion for marketing communications
• Ability to think strategically about content & messaging, while also executing tactically in writing
• Maintains a collaborative, team relationship with peers and colleagues in order to effectively contribute to the company’s achievement of goals and to help foster a positive work environment
