- To prepare and send daily status table to the clients
- Negotiating transportation and handling costs, preparing sales quotations.
- Opening of dispatch references/ of all shipment profiles and job files in system for all import/export shipments.
- Ensuring that all appropriate documentation is kept on file and available for inspection at all times.
- Working as per logistics procedures in line with organizational requirements.
- Controlling transportation and distribution costs, negotiate transportation rates and services with subcontractors.
- Receiving and confirmation of pre-alert in accordance to types of transportations.
- Control of shipment profiles closing.
- Preparation of supporting documents for local invoicing.
- Any other tasks given by the management.
Tələblər
- Female candidates
- Minimum 1 year of working experience in the related field is highly preferable, yet not mandatory;
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Bachelor’s degree
- Advanced level of Russian (writing, speaking and listening) and English;
- Good communication and time management skills;
