Job title:

• Correctly analyze customer’s inquires, collect necessary data for quotation deliveries
• Organize import / export shipments via air/ road (FTL&LTL)/ sea (FCL & LCL)
• Follow up daily tracking of shipment;
• Ensure that all shipping documents are issued in time and correctly
• Daily monitor shipments to ensure on time, accurate, and satisfactory deliveries
• Report shipment status daily to all customers
• Ability for business correspondences with local and foreign partners, work with external (contracts, shipment documents) and internal documents;
• Be responsible for the whole transportation process from A to Z
• Preparation of necessary document such as custom and shipment.
• Сheck the accuracy of invoices issued by agents/hauliers and ensure their timely payment
• Timely and correctly billing to customers according to confirmed rates and monitor their timely payments
• Continually reviews freight costs, transportation rates, and/or the prices to keep costs down where possible
• Any other duties as required by COMPANY that may arise from time to time to ensure consistency of service.

Candidate Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of international Incoterms is a must
• Understanding of international road, air and sea freight shipping documents
• Good languages skills in: English, Azerbaijani, Russian
• Computer skills Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
• Problem-solving skills
• Decision making ability
• Excellent time management skills
• Ability to prioritize, analyze data
• Ability to work under pressure
• Ability to fulfill few tasks simultaneously
• Minimum 3 years experience in logistics
• Documentation forms and procedures for their acceptance and departure;

Salary: Wage will be determined as a result of interview.

Working days and hours -Mon-Fri; 09:00-18:00, but being all the time available on the phone and online is a requirement.
