• To control customs clearance process for daily incoming import/export loads of the company:
• Obtaining necessary instruction for each load from the customer; preparing transmittal letter, application to Customs.
• Identifying HS codes of goods and if it is necessary, Appling to the Customs Laboratory for inspection.
• Gathering all necessary documents (CMR, Invoice, Application to Customs, laboratory letter etc.) for Customs Declaration (CD) printing, check correctness of CD
• After printing CD, to control CD releasing from Customs.
• To provide the customer immediately with information about the problems arising during the customs clearance process (via e-mail) and control the process until solved.
• To provide customer with daily report.
• Charge out files after completion of customs clearance process
• Proficiency in English, Russian and Azerbaijani languages
• Required work experience: 2 years
