Job description/Role
The Logistics Coordinator is responsible for proactively handling and coordinating logistics services. Assisting the Logistics Manager your main responsibilities will include:
- Provide, in coordination with the Logistics Manager, needed support and advice to internal customers status of shipments.
- Liaise and negotiate with shipping lines and freight forwarders for the rates and shipping requirements
- Plan and manage orders
- Handling imports and exports
Requirements:
- The successful candidate for this Logistics coordinator role must have:
- A Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Logistics, Supply Chain or Business Administration
- 1 year of logistics experience is preferable
- Good knowledge of Russian and English
- Knowledge of international shipping terms (INCOTERMS)
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Word & Excel is a must
- Maximum age limit: 25
