Legal and Compliance Intern

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• doing research and analysis of respective departments of law
• ensuring compliance of activity of company to legislation
• creating required normative base for implementation of activity of company
• preparing draft agreements and submitting them to respective departments of company
• preparing contracts with partners of company as well as providing review and negotiations works
• participying at internal contol procedures such as investigation, monitorings and etc. of structural departments of Company.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Education: Bachelor degree (Law)
• Experience: up to 1 year or new graduates
• Knowledge of normative legal acts
• Language skills: Azerbaijani, English
• IT knowledge: MS office, Outlook

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

• Place of work – Baku
• Reports to – Legal & Compliance Manager
