JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
- Reviewing legal materials.
- Drafting documents, letters and contracts
- To conduct legal analysis and research on various legal matters of the company
- To provide advice on different legal issues and assist in drafting legal opinions, memoranda and other briefing documents
- Formulating formalities regarding settlements of disputes.
- Monitoring the implementation of the legal clauses.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 3-5 years of experience and knowledge on commercial law, contract law, corporate law;
- Bachelor’s degree in Law is required. Master’s degree is an asset
- Knowledge of Russian is preferred, but not required. A good command of working English and Azerbaijani is required;
- Ability to work, address questions and learn independently;
- Ability to work under pressure in an stressful environment and to comply with the deadlines;
- Enthusiastic and energetic character;
- Eagerness to learn is required
