JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

• Reviewing legal materials.
• Drafting documents, letters and contracts
• To conduct legal analysis and research on various legal matters of the company
• To provide advice on different legal issues and assist in drafting legal opinions, memoranda and other briefing documents
• Formulating formalities regarding settlements of disputes.
• Monitoring the implementation of the legal clauses.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 3-5 years of experience and knowledge on commercial law, contract law, corporate law;
• Bachelor’s degree in Law is required. Master’s degree is an asset
• Knowledge of Russian is preferred, but not required. A good command of working English and Azerbaijani is required;
• Ability to work, address questions and learn independently;
• Ability to work under pressure in an stressful environment and to comply with the deadlines;
• Enthusiastic and energetic character;
• Eagerness to learn is required
