Lean expert (Relocation to Azerbaijan)

Due to the implementation of flexible Agile approaches in the development of digital products and services, we invite experienced and qualified candidates from the CIS countries to cooperate in the agile block of Kapital Bank as Lean expert.

Background:

• Undergraduate degree or higher;
• At least 4 years of experience in one of these areas: Integration Project Manager, Quality Assurance, System Architect, BPM, Strategy;
• Previous experience in banking is preferred;
• Understanding of systems structure and major business processes.

Responsibilities:

• Creating of needed new processes in order to achieve product’s better quality and time to market;
• Developing and designing documents, process outlines and flowcharts;
• Analyze existing processes to find gaps in actual products and find solutions to optimize it’s quality.
