Job description:

• Draft and solidify agreements, contracts and other legal documents to ensure the company’s full legal rights. Maintains legal contacts by judicial processes – labor law, antimonopoly, customer appeals (internal and external) and industrial relations;
• Specify internal governance policies and regularly monitor compliance;
• Handles legal issues at the group level incl. M&A, tax, risk management, marketing, competition, regulatory matters;
• Protect the legal interests of the Holding before the court.
• Coordinates secretarial and archival work within the Holding and assists the Holding’s representatives in the shareholders meetings and boards of directors (supervisory councils) with proper performance of their functions;

Education, Experience and Skills Required:

• 3 years proven working experience as a Lawyer in business environment;
• Excellent knowledge and understanding of corporate law and procedures;
• Outstanding communication skills;
• Master degree in law;
• Knowledge of Azerbaijani, English and Russian;
• Advanced MS Office knowledge;
