Your profile:
- University degree at a law school;
- Fluent in Azerbaijani and English (Russian is an asset);
- Ideally at least 1 year experience in a law firm or as an in-house lawyer;
- Strong drafting, legal analysis and negotiating skills;
- Strong attention to details;
- Punctual, self-motivated, open-minded, and with an entrepreneurial mindset;
- Proficient computer skills MS Office, especially Word.
Your responsibilities:
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts with third parties;
- Drafting letters and other required documents to state agencies;
- Analyzing and preparing legal updates;
- Conducting legal research, interpreting legislation and international precedents;
- Representing our firm in state agencies;
- Organizing materials for team case review;
- Assistance with disputes and reporting.
