Your profile:

• University degree at a law school;
• Fluent in Azerbaijani and English (Russian is an asset);
• Ideally at least 1 year experience in a law firm or as an in-house lawyer;
• Strong drafting, legal analysis and negotiating skills;
• Strong attention to details;
• Punctual, self-motivated, open-minded, and with an entrepreneurial mindset;
• Proficient computer skills MS Office, especially Word.

Your responsibilities:

• Drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts with third parties;
• Drafting letters and other required documents to state agencies;
• Analyzing and preparing legal updates;
• Conducting legal research, interpreting legislation and international precedents;
• Representing our firm in state agencies;
• Organizing materials for team case review;
• Assistance with disputes and reporting.
