Job Role Responsibilities:
- Participate in moth end and year end closing process
- Accurate and timely financial reporting to senior management
- Participate in analytical review process of financial statements
- Assist and participate in forecasting and budgeting of the stores
- Assistance and communication with store managers on a daily level
- Assistance for trainings held for store managers
- Analysis of store operational expenses on a monthly and yearly level
- Constant search for cost optimization
Position Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field; MBA a plus
- 2+ years of applicable work experience, preferably within retail finance/field support
- High level of proficiency in Excel is required, along with data mining and manipulation
- Fluency in Azerbaijani, good level in English
- Demonstrated expertise with planning systems along with a strong attention to detail
- Has ability to work independently as well as identify opportunities for process improvement
- Flexible, to effectively handle changing priorities and multiple simultaneous team deliverables
- Strong financial analysis and modeling
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
