Duties and Responsibilities:

• Supporting and managing Project Management tasks;
• Participate in the meetings and take notes;
• Assisting PM team to prepare project proposals;
• To help launch and update projects in the portfolio;
• Being keen to help the team to win tenders and take initiatives;
• Conducting market research, communicating with companies and partners.

Essential Qualifications and Experience:

• University degree in Finance, Accounting and other related business disciplines;
• Prior work experience is an advantage;
• Fluency in English and Azerbaijani;
• Fluency in Russian or one other language (preferably Portuguese);
• Ability to use Microsoft Word, Microsoft Power Point and Microsoft Excel effectively;
• Strong persuasion and presentation skills;
• Strong verbal and written communication skills;
• Effective teamwork skills;
• Time management skills, ability to plan his/her time effectively and adhere to the tight deadlines.
