Junior IT Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Active Directory administration;
• Virtualization deployment (mostly – Hyper-V);
• Working with Linux based systems (Ubuntu Server / CentOS);
• Microsoft Windows (10, 11), Windows Server (2016, 2019) deployment / Adding roles and components on Windows based server;
• Managing Microsoft 365 / Azure AD access and accounts;
• Implement and maintain high security;
• Help other employees with IT issues – i.e. in regard to Microsoft 365 Accounts, OS issues and other;
• Perform audits and create disaster recovery plans;
• Maintain corporate systems.

Skills Knowledge and Expertise:

• 2+ years of professional experience in IT support;
• Basic knowledge of the networking processes (IPv4 / DHCP / DNS / VPN types / etc.);
• Basic experience in working with Firewalls / Switches;
• Experience in IT Helpdesk services;
• Understanding of IT security, high availability and disaster recovery concepts;
• Self-starter and capable of working effectively with interruption;
• Good written and spoken English, excellent Azerbaijani & Russian;
