Oil and Gas sector company is seeking for a Junior Accountant. Lunch is paid by company.5 Working days in a week (till 14:00 0n Saturday). The company situates in Ramani.

• Prepare sales invoices, timesheet and delivery notes for customers
• Follow up with receivable balances, communicate with customers to maintain cash collection process
• Prepare bank payment orders
• Prepare, examine, and analyze accounting records and assign entries to proper accounts
• Prepare daily and monthly sales reports, receivables report, bank reports, etc
• Assist in preparing and analyzing monthly and yearly financial statements and other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and compliance with reporting and procedural standards
• Archiving sales documentation on the relevant folders
• Other duties established by management

• Bachelor or Master degree in finance field
• Knowledge of 1C Accounting program
• Any ACCA exams passed is an advantage
• A prior work experience of at least 1-2 years in the accounting field is an advantage
• Accuracy and attention to details
• Ability to work under pressure
• Strong organizational skills
• Good knowledge in Excel
• Good communication skills
• Analytical skills, ability to think critically and use judgment
• Basic accounting skills Fluency in spoken and written Azerbaijani
• Upper Intermediate/Advanced level of English
• Intermediate level of Russian
• A self-motivated, highly driven and entrepreneurial personality
