Junior Budgeting & Financial Modelling Specialist

Key responsibilities:

• Designing effective budget models for departments and the entire company
• Analyzing financial information (e.g. revenues, expenditures and cash management) to ensure all operations are within budget
• Presenting monthly, quarterly annual budgets to management of the company
• Developing financial models to assist with developing strategic initiatives and taking critical decisions
• Other tasks assigned by the direct supervisor (revenue estimation, data collection, etc.)

Required skills:

• 1+ years of experience in the field of banking/financial institutions
• Higher finance/accounting education (BAs or MAs)
• Demonstrated logical and analytical thinking and initiative, accuracy, attentiveness, planning and organizational skills
• Advanced user of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
• Required personal qualities – good stress-resistant, strong team player
• Written and oral English (upper intermediate); Russian will be advantage
• Candidates with BI or Python knowledge will be preferred; FMVA certification will be preferred.
