Duties & Responsibilities:
- Generating invoices, account statements and issue of E-qaime
- Posting revenues by verifying and entering transactions and receipts from customers
- Maintaining accounts receivable files and records and timely update of receivables ledger/ageing file
- Reconciliation with the customers
- Preparing State Social Protection Fund reports, statistics reports and coordinating with related state authorities
- Calculation and documentation of sick leave and child benefits
- Performing account reconciliations, verifying validity of account discrepancies by obtaining and investigating information from commercial department and customers
- Assist in month end reporting procedures
- Assist to accounting team to perform month end close to ensure submission to corporate deadlines where applicable
- Other duties as assigned.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor degree in accounting or finance
- Minimum 1-2 years related experience
Skills & Required Competencies:
- Good knowledge of accounting, labor code and tax legislation
- Able to converse/write in both Azeri and English
- Excellent computer skills, and working experience with Excel and accounting softwares
- Ability to communicate effectively across all levels
- Hard working, task-oriented, energetic, disciplined person
- Good team player.
