Junior Accountant /Accounts Payable

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

• Register all incoming invoices in 1C (Daily, till12 am)
• Check and prepare payable invoices for approval ( Weekly, on Mondays till 12 am)
• Accounts payable Ageing report (Weekly, on Mondays till 17pm)
• Prepare payment orders for invoices ( Within 10 working days)
• Preparing & sending VAT certificates to suppliers upon request
• Any other duties which may be reasonably required by the Finance Manager

• Qualifications:
• University degree in Finance/Accounting and/or Economics
• One year of experience in finance/accounting (preferable)
• Experience with 1C or related computer accounting systems is appreciated
• Intermediate level of spoken and written in English, excellence in Azeri language.
• Excellent computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook, 1 C)
• Excellent communication and inter personal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and to meet deadline
