Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
- Register all incoming invoices in 1C (Daily, till12 am)
- Check and prepare payable invoices for approval ( Weekly, on Mondays till 12 am)
- Accounts payable Ageing report (Weekly, on Mondays till 17pm)
- Prepare payment orders for invoices ( Within 10 working days)
- Preparing & sending VAT certificates to suppliers upon request
- Any other duties which may be reasonably required by the Finance Manager

- Qualifications:
- University degree in Finance/Accounting and/or Economics
- One year of experience in finance/accounting (preferable)
- Experience with 1C or related computer accounting systems is appreciated
- Intermediate level of spoken and written in English, excellence in Azeri language.
- Excellent computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook, 1 C)
- Excellent communication and inter personal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and to meet deadline
