“Agro Dairy” LLC, operating in agriculture announces a job admission to the position of “Account Payable Specialist.”

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• assemble, review, and verify invoices and check requests
• sort, code, and match invoices, set invoices up for payment
• enter and upload invoices into system
• track expenses and process expense reports
• reconcile accounts payable transactions
• prepare analysis of accounts
• monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date
• research and resolve invoice discrepancies and issues
• produce monthly reports
• assist with month end closing
• maintain accurate historical records

REQUIREMENTS:

• Ability to work as a team member
• Proficient in Excel
• Knowledge of general accounting procedures
• Knowledge of Azerbaijani and English (“intermediate” level and above)
• Proficient in data entry and management

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

Place of work – Baku
Reports to – Finance Manager.
