Reports to: IT Manager

Position summary: Information technology assistant is responsible for providing computer and technology support for all facilities of company, installing a computer network or answering questions regarding the current computer network, ensuring the services provided are up and running, performing adequately and go in sync with company standards and policies. It is also responsible for the performance and development of the facility’s IT collaborators.

Responsibilities:

• Windows XP/WIN7/WIN8.1/WIN10/WIN11 experience
• Preference will be given to those with management skills of WIN server  2008 R2 / 2012 R2/ 2016, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP server, Routing and remote access, NAT, VPN, DHCP relay agent
• Ability to work with network equipment, WiFi access points is desirable
• Work experience with Analog and IP camera, fingerprint systems
• Set up workstations with computers and necessary peripheral devices (routers, printers etc.)
• Check computer hardware (HDD, mouses, keyboards etc.) to ensure the functionality
• Install and configure appropriate software and functions according to specifications.
• ETC.

Requirements:

• Computer Sciences, Information Technology or related
• Minimum 1 years of experience in IT
• Moderate knowledge of MS Windows Server topics
• Moderate network information to control the network infrastructure of 5 locations
• (Aruba Network Switch, Aruba Clearpas Mager, Aruba Airwaye, Cisco products and management.)
• Will be able to support Client.
• Personal relationship must be good
