JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Perform independent investment research on assigned areas
• Examine and assess economic and market trends
• Analyze financial data and create financial models for decision support
• Report on conducted research & analysis for regular management reviews
• Advise factors to determine suitable investment strategies
• Monitor closely financial press and keep a track of construction market trends, opportunities,
• risks and new investment products
• Recommend actions by analyzing and interpreting data and making comparative analyses
• Interpreting complicated financial information from many sources and writing financial research summaries

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance/Economics;
• Proficiency in financial modelling techniques;
• Solid understanding of financial set‐up, business valuation, mergers & acquisitions, equity & debt financing;
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office software, especially Excel
• Language skills: Azerbaijani, Russian, English
• Strong analytical and data gathering skills
• Accounting and Finance certification or proven progress in exams is preferred (ACCA,CIMA or CFA)
