Main duties:

• Auditing all hotel revenue ensuring accuracy;
• Preparing daily and monthly revenue reports;
• Review materials created by others and offer suggestions for improvement;
• Check the accuracy of all revenue figures; identify and obtain explanations from respective personnel for reason for variances;
• Constantly reviewing all revenue adjustments posted in the PMS and POS systems;
• Responsible for all invoices from Outlets and related departments, organizing them in proper way and investigate all missing informations;
• Checking reports, reconcile discount reports,complimentary and other procedure reports and ensure adequate state in approval form;
• Reconcile all credit card collections again cashier summary and again lists received from bank;
• Operate with hotel departments,provide them with internal documentations to inform about essential and critical information;
• Responsible for performing any additional duties assigned by Management.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Work experience as  Income Auditor minimum 1 year is must;
• Attentions to details,high-time management and excellent analytical skills;
• Being fluent in Azerbaijani, English must and Russian is an advantage;
• Previous hotel experience is an asset;
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
• Knowledge of Opera and POS is an asset.
• Capacity of handling multi taks and work in ever changing environment.
