Holiday Inn Baku Mühafizəçi vəzifəsi üzrə vakansiya elan edir.
Main duties:
- Auditing all hotel revenue ensuring accuracy;
- Preparing daily and monthly revenue reports;
- Review materials created by others and offer suggestions for improvement;
- Check the accuracy of all revenue figures; identify and obtain explanations from respective personnel for reason for variances;
- Constantly reviewing all revenue adjustments posted in the PMS and POS systems;
- Responsible for all invoices from Outlets and related departments, organizing them in proper way and investigate all missing informations;
- Checking reports, reconcile discount reports,complimentary and other procedure reports and ensure adequate state in approval form;
- Reconcile all credit card collections again cashier summary and again lists received from bank;
- Operate with hotel departments,provide them with internal documentations to inform about essential and critical information;
- Responsible for performing any additional duties assigned by Management.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Work experience as Income Auditor minimum 1 year is must;
- Attentions to details,high-time management and excellent analytical skills;
- Being fluent in Azerbaijani, English must and Russian is an advantage;
- Previous hotel experience is an asset;
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
- Knowledge of Opera and POS is an asset.
- Capacity of handling multi taks and work in ever changing environment.
