RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Where required, issue Request for Quote to suppliers and evaluate quotations received for a wide range of materials, equipment and services.
• Interface with internal and external stakeholders, freight forwarders, customs brokers, customs officers and other functional areas to ensure coordination and logistics of shipments.
• Research of supply and demand and analysis of demand in the market.
• Administering all import and export of goods and supervision delivery of all goods.
• Prepare all import quotes for customers and perform all shipment bookings with carriers.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business Administration or relevant discipline ( Preferable educated in Turkey or Europe)
• 3 years of experience in the relevant field;
• Good understanding of sales and marketing strategies
• Knowledge of vendor sourcing practices (researching, evaluating, and liaising with vendors) is desirable.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Excellent negotiation, customer service and consulting skills
• Strong market knowledge and research skills worldwid
• Ability to work under pressure;
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task;
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
• Good language skills in Azerbaijani, English & Russian (both written and oral)
