General requirements:

• Nationality: International
• Good communication skills having proficiency in English
• Maximum age limit is 40 years. Relaxation in upper age limit is applicable in specialized/experienced cases.

Job Requirements:

• More than 7 years’ experience as HSE Engineer or 2 years’ Experience as HSE Manager, who has the experience of Wind Farm, substation projects or the experience of Electrical Project in Azerbaijan is preferred;
• HSE Leadership skills
• To obtain the international HSE qualification, such as NEBOSH IGC, IOSH and so on.
• To be proficient in the HSE requirement of Azerbaijan, and competent to independently develop the HSE document system including but not limited to the HSE Plan, social and enviroment management plan and ecology;
• No seriouss accidents arise in the previous project;
