Bureau Veritas Azerbaijan is looking for a responsible HSE to facilitate compliance with occupational health and safety (OHS) guidelines.
Main Duties:
- Inspection of the facility to identify safety, health, and environmental risks.
- Development and implementation of inspection policies and procedures, and a schedule of routine inspections.
- Development of health and safety procedures for all areas of the company.
- Preparation and scheduling training to cover emergency procedures, workplace safety, and other relevant topics.
- Monitoring compliance with safety procedures.
- Drafts inspection reports to document inspection findings.
- Maintaining records of discharge of or employee exposure to hazardous waste and/or pollutants, as required.
- Performing other related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in engineering or equivalent and field background preferably btw 5 – 7 yrs.
- Have an appropriate practical experience background, including and understanding OHS techniques.
- Professional Certifications: NEBOSH / IOSH
- Good command of English both written and oral
- Good communication skills
