Main duties:
- Preparing or updating employment records related to hiring, transferring, promoting, and terminating
- Preparing the schedules, hiring, termination, vacation, business trip, etc. drawing up orders
- Conducting documentation works in accordance with the Labor Legislation and ƏMAS System
- Explaining human resources policies, procedures, laws, and standards to new and existing employees
- Ensuring new hire paperwork is completed and processed – contracts, orders, etc.
- Forecast hiring needs and ensure recruitment process runs smoothly
- Tracking new applicant, design job postings, conduct screening, phone interviews, notify candidates on the status of the interview process
- Informing job applicants of job duties, responsibilities, benefits, schedules, working conditions, promotion opportunities, etc.
- Overseeing hiring process, which includes coordinating job posts, reviewing resumes, and performing reference checks
- Tracking employees’ attendance records
- Tracking employees’ vacation balances
- Compiling reports on employees, determining employee turnover and its causes, preparing, and implementing measures to eliminate turnover
- Creating a database of employees,
- Proceeding with internal communications, sharing with employees any internal news and updates, introducing innovations and changes
- Compiling and submitting relevant reports to the human resources department and hotel management
Candidate requirements:
- BSc/MSc in Human Resources or relevant field
- Proven work experience as an HR Specialist or HR Generalist
- Experience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), MS Office programs – especially in Excel
- Fluency in Azerbaijani and English languages
- Familiarity with full cycle recruiting
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, good problem-solving and team management skills
