Job Brief:
- We are looking for a skilled hostess to deliver an excellent guest service.
Ultimately, you should be able to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the Department by coordinating reservations
and special events
Key Functions:
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure satisfaction
- Ensure knowledge of menu and all products
- Assists callers courteously and promptly, taking messages as necessary which are legible and accurate passing them on to the appropriate person without delay
- Has extensive knowledge of menu offerings
- Has a good knowledge of the restaurant’s sitting arrangements
- Manage guest queries in a friendly, timely, and efficient manner
- Working closely with all serving and kitchen staff
- Follow all relevant health department rules/regulations and all customer service guidelines
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a hostess or waitress
- Service orientation and excellent organizational skills
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Good physical condition
- Good knowledge of Azerbaijani, Russian and English.
- High communication skills.
- Flexible to work with all shifts
