Job Description:
- Supervising the reception team members to ensure all company procedures, standards and brand values are being adhered to and delivered.
- Assisting with the day to day operation of the reception desk as required and ensuring the highest levels of customer service are consistently being delivered to our guests.
- Identifying customer service problems or issues before they arise.
- Displaying a positive, friendly and informal manner with customers.
- Showing a sense of urgency on behalf of customers and actions requests quickly.
- Undertaking work in a well-organized and systematic way.
- Working effectively with colleagues and other departments.
- Striving for excellence by paying attention to important detail.
- Ensuring promises are kept by following through on customers’ requests.
- Maximizing sales opportunities through upselling.
- Supporting and coaching less experienced members of the team during shifts and have specific areas of responsibility for the department.
Requirements:
- Good command of the Azerbaijani, English and Russian language is essential, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, project and time management
- Ability to work under pressure at all times
- Able to interact effectively, create solutions, influence others and work diplomatically with a wide range of individuals
- Friendly demeanor, positive and enthusiastic attitude with strong customer focus and ability to work independently
- Professional approach, clean and well-groomed at all times
- Honesty, integrity, passion for hard work and achieving results and successful outcomes
