TASKS, DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Mnitoring compliance with sanitation, safety and health regulations
- Tracking of quality records, analyzing and reporting
- Assist with enforcing quality assurance procedures, food safety policy and personnel hygiene instructions
- Assist with calculating food requirements and requesting supplies and equipment
- Assist with preparation for any and all food safety audits
- Responsible for inspections of stores and warehouse when needed
- Responsible for checks of customer complaints, returned product
- Tracking the periodical quality control testing of private label products
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- University Diploma in Food Safety
- Fluent Azerbaijani, good Russian and/or English is preferred
- Advanced MS Excel skills including pivot tables
- Highly organized and able to multitask effectively
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to complete all necessary documentation
