Work Location: Baku, Azerbaijan

Type of Assignment: Contract

Work Schedule: 5 days a week based on 8 hours per day.

Job Responsibilities:

• Analysis of financial and non-financial data of subsidiaries, as well as benchmarking analysis
• Maintain and ongoing improve monthly dashboards/reports/analysis presented to Management;
• Daily/weekly reporting;
• Support, maintain and further improve existing MIS infrastructure and data collection streams;
• Maintain, keep up-to-date strategic financial models and respective framework across the Group;
• Support with extension and adoption of use cases to be implemented –within MIS Infrastructure;
• Assist in ongoing review and activities to strengthen Group Reporting Framework, Standards, Requirements and alignment of respective practices;
• Liaison with group functions, entities, conduct joint meetings/joint statistical analysis for various analytical needs;
• Budget preparation and revisions
• Budget vs action analysis
• AR/AP aging analysis
• Sales and production analytical reviews
• Financial and Management Reporting
• Cash flow management (planning, revisions, controls etc,)
• Cost optimizations
• Performance of established control procedures

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Finance and/or related fields;
• 5 years or more of relevant work experience
• Good knowledge of Azerbaijani, English and Russian languages;
• Advanced business knowledge (i.e.; deep financial skills/flow of the numbers)
• Strong working knowledge of financial and accounting concepts
• Advanced analytical and financial model building skills
• Strong oral and written communication skills, able to work effectively with employees both internal and external to the finance function
• Advanced time management skills and organization skills with the ability to adapt to the changing needs of the business
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and working knowledge of Power Point and Word
