Brief Description

PepsiCo’s revenue management function is a younger business direction on the edge of finance, marketing, economics and statistics. This department deals with product pricing, discounts for customers and shoppers, and the effectiveness of trade investments.

What challenges will you face?

• Start as a member of global international team managing the revenue
• Analyze the competitive environment of our brands and communicate potential risks for the development of PepsiCo portfolio
• Calculate the effectiveness of price promotions and identify best practices of trade investment
• Develop proposals to increase the profitability of both existing and new products
• Start as a member of global international team managing the revenue

After finishing the program, You will:

• Gain experience of cross-functional relations with colleagues, as revenue management is the center of the company’s commercial processes
• Learn to work with big data, develop critical thinking
• Understand the aspects of managerial analysis: return on investment, factor influence, price elasticity
• Develop soft skills, active communication and presentation, learn to work in multitasking environment
• You will gain experience of active communications and presentations
• Learn to use Excel and specific software more effectively

Who are we looking for?

• Young specialists, fresh graduates of Business administration or other related field
• Knowledge of English and Russian languages B2+
• Ready to work full-time
