Job Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented and diligent Finance Clerk to join our team. The Finance Clerk will be responsible for processing bills, checks, receipts, and other financial documents accurately and efficiently. They will ensure all documents are properly signed, distributed, and verified, while also monitoring financial transactions and maintaining updated records. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills to interact with vendors, customers, and colleagues professionally. Additionally, they should demonstrate problem-solving abilities to identify and resolve discrepancies in financial records.

Responsibilities:

• Process bills, checks, receipts and other documents
• Ensure all documents are properly signed and distributed
• Verify financial and other data (e.g. tax identification numbers)
• Monitor financial transactions
• Enter data and maintain updated records
• Assist with account reconciliations
• Communicate with vendors, customers and colleagues
• Report the status of accounts and discrepancies
• Attend all shifts and meetings on time

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Finance Clerk or similar role.
• Proficiency in financial documentation processing and data entry.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial information.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to analyze complex financial data and identify discrepancies.
• Familiarity with accounting software and financial tracking systems.
• Punctuality and reliability in attending shifts and meetings.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance standards in financial processes.
