Position title: Field Service Supervisor I, Level 1

Work Location: Azerbaijan and Overseas

Frank’s International is currently seeking an experienced Field Service Supervisor I, Level 1 for offshore works in different Frank’s locations in Azerbaijan and Overseas. The Field Service Supervisor role is required to be responsible to oversee and manage field work duties on the rig floor. Proven ability to manage a team, often in remote locations and as part of an international workforce, whilst meeting the needs and expectations of company clients is required. Must have at least 3-5 years of relevant experience in the field.

Position Function

• The Field Service Supervisor I, Level 1 ensures all pre-job checks are conducted and that the full equipment package is ready for the job;
• Attends and participates in a pre-job briefing with field crew prior to traveling to the rig site;
• Interfaces, as required, with Company representative, crew pusher, tool pusher, drill crew, drilling engineer, and third parties to ensure that all well acceptance criteria for the installation have been met;
• Works as crew member during the actual installation/work;
• Ensures and assists with the safe rig up and operation of equipment in accordance with company procedures and Customer instructions;
• Serves as onsite safety representative who will follow and ensure that all other personnel onsite will conduct operations in accordance with company and customer HSE procedures and policies;

Preferential Requirements

Demonstrable experience in the operation of complex hydraulic and pneumatic casing & tubing handling equipment and supervision of work teams in the Oil & Gas Industry.

Qualifications / Knowledge / Skills / Experience

• Have at least 3-5 years of relevant TRS running and CRT experience
• Available for international travels
• Available to work to tight deadlines and twenty four hour call
• Pro-active, “can do” attitude and able to work both independently and as part of a team
• Able to seek continuous improvement in all aspects of the role and responsibilities
• Medically fit to perform the role
• Good level of English and strong communication skills
