The role of the Experienced Audit Associate is to conduct the business analysis, prepare the documentation of audit evidence, and carry out the requested audit tasks

Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Be responsible for the preparation of developing an understanding of the audit approach, methodology and tools
- Collect all necessary data and information from clients, set up and maintain audit files, prepare leads.
- Support the planning, execution and delivery of assurance engagements
- Perform analytical review of audit documents
- Review client accounting and operating procedures and systems of internal control
- Identify accounting and auditing issues; perform research to solve issues that arise
- Prepare financial statement reports and documentation supporting audit opinions
- Provide recommendations for improved controls and enhanced business efficiency
A successful candidate should have:
- Minimum 1 (one) year of relevant experience in the audit practice
- Participation in at least 5 audit engagements
- Knowledge in accounting and finance
- Fluent written and spoken in Azerbaijani and English, knowledge of Russian is an asset
- Good analytical, presentation and communication skills
