Expediting specialist

Responsibilities:

• Set-up and manage all Exepditing activities for assigned customer projects
• Coordinate and manage the manufacturing schedule with the project team and suppliers to ensure delivery of equipment and documentation as required by the project
• Report progress and potential deviations into the project team
• Obtain and manage recovery plans from suppliers
• Confirm supplier’s ready to ship date, release material and liase with logistics to obtain delivery of all equipment
• Liase with project manager on project progress reporting and milestone payments
• Liase with project procurement on PO amendment and close out process
• Further improve processes, tools and templates
• Work schedule: full day

• Minimum of 3 years experience in the Oil and Gas industry
• Good knowledge of the English language
• Minimum 1-year experience in the position “Expediting Specialist/Manager/Engineer”
