• Professional Qualifications Needed:
• Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Law or related field;
• Minimum five years of senior management experience;
• Transparent and high integrity leadership;
• Solid organizational abilities, including staff management, planning, delegating, program development and task facilitation;
• Ability to effectively communicate the organization’s vision and goals to the respective stakeholders;
•  Strong written and oral communication skills in Azerbaijani and English;
• Strong public speaking ability;
• Strong work ethic with a high degree of energy;
• Experience and skill in working with a Board of Directors is an advantage;
• Experience in establishing relationships with individuals and organizations of influence including state and government agencies, corporate and nonprofit organizations

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Report to and work closely with the Board of Directors to seek their involvement in policy decisions and to increase the overall visibility of the organization;
• Supervise, collaborate with and organize staff;
• Strategic planning and implementation;
• Planning and operation of annual budget;
• Serve as primary spokesperson to the organization’s constituents, the media and the general public;
• Establish and maintain relationships with various organizations and utilize those relationships to strategically enhance organization’s mission and objectives;
• Oversee marketing and other communications efforts;
• Organize Board and committee meetings;
• Establish employment and administrative policies and procedures for all functions in the day-to-day operation of the organization;
