Job Role Responsibilities:

• Receive collect requests for a commercial proposal from partners
• Registration of deals in vendor portal.
• Get delivery costs calculated and provide final specification.
• Communicate delivery dates to partner and end user
• Check quotes and make sure it corresponds to project requirement
• Constantly monitor validity of quotes and extend them on time
• Check and monitor quarterly and yearly rebates
• Following up all promo programs and apply to them
• Assisting on Stock availability and sales from stock.

Requirements:

• Min 1 years’ experience in relevant field
• Excellent Computer skills. Proficient in MS Office(Excel),1C
• Ability to prepare presentations.
• Fluently speak in Russian and Azeri, English ( pre intermediate);
• Good communication skills , numeracy skills and attentive to details
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast paced work environment
• Confident and highly self-motivated, with strong entrepreneurial skills;
