 JOB Description:

Webzool is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to join our rapidly growing marketing team. As a senior member of the Digital Marketing Team, you’ll be responsible for helping drive strategy, build and manage campaigns across a variety of digital channels, working with cross functional teams to support Webzool’s core products and services. Digital Marketing Manager will have the opportunity to play a major role in enhancing brand awareness within the digital space as well as driving website traffic and acquiring leads/customers.

  • Weekly 40 hours – full-time(being available from 10:00 a.m till 2:00 p.m is necessary), remote work, Saturday and Sunday off days.
  • Starting salary: 5$ per hour
  • Job duties will be performed in a full-time remote setting.

Responsibilities:

  • Own strategy across paid marketing channels in USA markets, managing a significant budget
  • Execute campaigns across SEM, SEO, Social, YouTube, Display, and other channels
  • Optimize campaigns as well as analyze results to help us determine how and where budget should be allocated
  • Determine appropriate acquisition costs and KPIs for each market based on LTV, conversion rate, and other variables
  • Work closely with other teams to share learnings from paid marketing and apply learnings from other teams to campaigns within your channels
  • Communicate regularly with international leads to foster understanding of local interests and tastes in order to develop and execute region specific marketing initiatives
  • Immersion into relevant regions/countries to develop a keen understanding of key market nuances and opportunities in order to make strategy recommendations
  • Manage marketing creative requests by working closely with creative team
  • Keyword and competitor research
  • Setting up sales funnels for all accounts and managing email marketing campaigns
  • Contribute to SEO, SMM and Analytics team by providing new strategies
  • Monitor online campaigns regularly and make recommendations to improve key performance metrics and drive revenue according to account goals
  • Participate in meetings with potential clients to present workflow and our digital services

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or relevant field.
  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience in digital marketing or advertising position.
  • In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics
  • Solid understanding of search performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition
  • Highly creative with excellent analytical abilities.
  • Tech sector domain expertise, including working with startups
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing
  • B2B experience in lead generation
  • Team leadership or management experience
